Copy Paste file in folder

Why can't I copy and paste selected files into other folders in blender, for example, when opening images? I would like to be able to do this. Now I can create a folder or rename it or files or delete them. You cannot copy selected files to another folder.

If there is an addon that will add the skin, please give it to me.
