Acute Angle Freestyle Line Edge Detection!

At present, the know discrepency involving detection of certain acute angle freestyle line edges and their detection whatsoever has not been debugged.

there should be a plugin (script) that at least enables people to render images and animations in the meantime. Consider my post and model about this at

There's an attached .blend file in the thread you link to, but this proposal would be a lot more clear if you included images that shows what you want to happen versus the results that you currently get.

My issue is quite visible on the following frames:

410, 470, 480, 515, 565, 575.

@poweruserm: Post the images here, please.

How do I upload my images to here to do that?

They can be seen via a blender ID account at

developer.blender.org/T54532

@poweruserm: That helps. You can also add a single image to your original post by editing it. The blender.community backend doesn't yet have the capability of attaching multiple images at the moment. So for that, you'll need to upload them to an image hosting site like imgur and link to (or embed) them from here.

Is my post at developer.blender.org/T54532 enough for people to go on? Is there anyone who can give this business some more attention, please?

@poweruserm: If you're reporting a bug, then it belongs on developer.blender.org . If you're requesting a feature, then it belongs here.

In my opinion, it is a bug or a feature. I'm not sure how Blender sees this. I have already raised this as a bug at developer.blender.org/T54532 .

I have learned , via

docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/render/freestyle/introduction.html

that 'No edges at face intersections are detected yet.'.

Even if it does fit under the auspice of a feature, it has been very difficult finding anyone in Blender who is in a position to fix this, to alter the program or provide a basic plugin, that either enhances Blender's default Freestyle Line Edge detection, or provide some setting for top-down, conincident surface "stacking" mode for the line edges.

Are there any Blender enhancers/programmers who could look at this? Is there anyone involved who reads Right Click Select who can get back to me with a more recent reply, if possible, please?

There are visible listings at

blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php

as well as

via a Blender ID.

Can someone kindly respond?
