Small Preview Image for an HDR Image

I suggest a small image preview window to see the full size of an HDR image in the World Tab At the moment you can only see a section of the HDR. It is ideal to get fast the position of the sun or light source in the HDR and for example you can rotate the HDR faster to the right spot to get a good lighting. With the possibilty for the feature to toggle on or off.
