Move position for active attributes.

Currently, when using a tool, the modal attributes appear on the horizontal toolbar, overwriting the attributes of the tool itself, causing it to flicker.

There have been several attempts to group the attributes of the modal tools and the keyboard shortcuts, aligning them vertically on the 3D view, but all have been discarded.

My proposal is minimal, vertically aligning these attributes in the inner left corner of the viewports, especially the 3D one.

Advantages: · Prevent flickering of the bar · Avoid shifting of the attributes due to the addition or subtraction of characters · Better reading · Closer to the status bar, where the keyboard shortcuts are located · Position the active attributes on the position of these once the action has been completed (attributes of the last action).
