Have an easy way to reorder `Quick Favorites`
Would be nice if there was an easy way to reorder
Quick Favorites
.
Maybe it's just a simple text file, that you can just reorder the commands.

A "Quick Favorites Menu Editor" is still on the UI module developers' roadmap, but it doesn't appear to be a high priority for them atm.
There is still a Design Task : projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/73178
And the goal of the GSOC 2020 project was to implement a Custom Menus Editor, but it was abandoned: devtalk.blender.org/t/gsoc-2020-custom-menus-weekly-reports/13721
The original GSOC project was going great, until about week 4... and then it starting going off the rails into some "master menu customizer preference system".
Really unfortunate that it couldn't remain a simple patch of "reorder items in the quick menu."
