Arabic/Hebrew support for blender

We all know that blender's popularity has exploded in the last few years, Blender now is the go-to choice for freelancers and studios all over the world, The Arab world is no exception, though you might not notice it, I do because I'm one of them.

The problem is:

• Blender UI doesn't render the Arabic language correctly.
• Blender Text object doesn't support Arabic at all.

Adobe used to have this issue in the past (In the text tool, not the UI) , a couple of years ago they introduced support for the right to left languages ( Arabic\ Hebrew) under Middle east support option in the preferences

I've been a Blender user for 12 years now, Never in my life, I've seen this amount of Arabic users before , and the numbers are rising exponentially, so the least that can be done for this rapidly growing community is to introduce Arabic/ Hebrew support in the next blender version.

• I think starting with the browser and UI fields Is easy, It would make a huge difference though.
• Arabic support for the text object might be harder I think, but we have some workaround methods to tackle it for now, so it can wait
