Show "File saved", "# of verts selected", "now editing a shapekey", etc near mouse cursor
Note: this may be useful for shapekeys, but for other things, i admit it'd be more convenience than something necessary.
Hi. Sometimes, I'll work on something, saving often, but the "File saved" message doesn't show up.
I have to "zoom out" of a workspace with ctrl+space, and then look for the "file saved" message because it seems to show up in a different spot, every time, and sometimes it's still hidden if my blender window is only taking up half of my screen.
If "file saved" appeared near my mouse cursor, It'd make things easier.
Also, the option to show other info like number of vertices or bones selected, would be nice near the cursor.
But more importantly, showing "You are now editing a shapekey" near the mouse cursor would be VERY helpful. I know this message shows up in the corner, but often, I don't even notice it.
What happens is, I think I'm editing the base mesh, when really, I'm editing a shapekey. And then I have to apply these changes to the base mesh and every other shapekey. Yes, you can use blend for shapes (or whatever it's called), but even then, fixing this is a real mess. This is the main reason I don't use shapekeys anymore.
