Cycles motion blur features in Eevee PLEASE?

Hi folks,

Could we PLEASE PLEASE get the cycles motion blur features in Eevee as well?

I'm talking about:

#1: make shutter length animatable (like in Cycles)

#2: add the "shutter curve" feature (like in Cycles)

Grazie mille!
