Add Alpha Channel for the Outline of the Number Field, User Interface, in the Theme settings

Hey guys,

I'm trying to make my perfect Blender Theme and I want to get rid of the Outline for the Number Field.

Can we add a little transparency channel there so I can customize it to my taste?
