Change Knife Tool to Cut Tool and Set Keymap to "C" For Easy Access

This is something I'm quite sure a lot of Blender artists are not very pleased with. Blender is all about speed, efficiency, and functionality, but the Knife tool has been "K" for the longest time. We all know that a knife is used to cut. Why not say Cut Tool instead? Advanced modelers life myself use the Knife Tool when we need to quickly reshape parts of our models. If I have to look down at my keyboard and hit "K" every time I need to use the knife tool (which is quite a lot), I'll go to the rice fields and become a farmer!

Circle Select is already one of the selection modes in the "W" key. DO WE REALLY NEED A KEYMAP FOR IT? I can kinda see why we might want to keep "B" for Box Select though. Maybe there's something better to do with the keymap? I don't know...

AND YES, I KNOW I CAN CHANGE THE KEYMAP MANUALLY. IT'S SOMETHING THE WHOLE BLENDER COMMUNITY CAN BENEFIT FROM.

I think this would be a good change. On the topic of the B Key: Personally I would suggest to use the B key for bevel. This would be more consistent with other modeling tools such as Extrude (E), Inset (I) and Knife (K). I guess this isn't the most popular opinion, but the circle and box select tools, are both very clumsy to use, because as soon as you activate them, you are stuck in this selection mode, without the possibility to move around the scene. Both C circle select and B box select already have way better alternatives in form of the "subtools" found in the W selection tools. So C and B are redundant anyway.

I just wish the cut tool worked in culled wireframe mode
