Have Value to String node accept field input
Why is it that the Value to String node only accepts one single number as input?! Theoretically, you should be able feed a field to it and expect a multi-line string as output. That way, one can easily manipulate each line position, rotation and scale, or be able to interpolate the values during animation of attribute values. Don't you think that would be useful? Besides, how hard would hat be?

Your idea is to create a string field output? Maybe this could work with index/value fields, but how would it work with a vector field? And how do you input a string field into the string to curve node?
This needs to happen. We need an easy way to display vector data for instances on points. I know there's a work around but it's super clunky and takes like 150 nodes to build.
Yes, a field output. In the end, it would output each value separated with either commas or tabs. That way it can easily be divided into lines using a replace node. That result gets fed to the String to Curve node.
