subdivide several edges (outer only)

to subdivide several edges, without automatically doing gridfill inside

I did an addon to show it, and I'm using it... github.com/1C0D/Mesh_tools_1COD/blob/main/Subdivide_Outer/subdivide_outer.py (clic "raw" and then on the new page right clic > save... video to show why it's useful. youtu.be/8mzZ7K0t1RY

I'm using another addon in the video improving the join... github.com/1C0D/Multijoin-AddonBlender

So you do subdivide for each edge in selection instead of doing this for all at once. Simple but good idea for alternative subdivide mode. Maybe it would be good to go to some Blender devtalk , write about it and find ways to implement it in core Bledner functionality.
