Instant Move modifier on top/bottom
Simple idea of Shift-clicking, or Ctrl-clicking on the arrows of a modifier to instantly put it on top or at the bottom of the stack.

with node-modifiers, i guess the stack will be reviewed a lot, so why not asking for drag and drop??

* @ Lsscpp * sadly, as i know, drag and drop is not possible in the few regions (the same with tabs). Idk, why it is coded so (long time ago) and can`t be remade.
