Add move-to-collection option in collection right-click menu
In addition to drag and drop objects into the correct layer, and the "m" hotkey, adding options to the right-click menu of collection to move or copy object to collection would significantly improve the UI experience.

I think at this point, left-click select UI should default to showing everything and right-click select UI should default to assuming you use hotkeys!
Bforartists moved the entire collection menus and system into the header of the outliner for quick access. I can't believe how often I use it - favoring it over a hotkey.
