ZOOM to Selected node

As of 2.82a, using the standard 'Focus' (numpad-".") command centers the Selected node, but it does NOT zoom it at all.

This seems less than optimum: I propose that Focus in the node editors both center AND zoom the Selected node. Either zoom it until it fills the vertical dimension of the node editor, or zoom it until the node text size is equivalent to the text size of the rest of the UI.
