Cut tool feedback

After using cut tool during modeling under production work, I've a feedback for it.

• Attempting to click on another vertex to initiate a starting point, hoping it can be magnetize to it is very precise and hard to see if it was done correctly. I wish there's a larger or custom radius snap to know I've done it. Usually I find I'm a pixel away from snapping to that vertex before cutting and find myself using merge distance as a post fix more often enough.
