Orbit Switch to Trackball mode in Sculpt workspace
Some other sculpting software uses trackball orbit over the turntable. Allow users to swap the orbit mode based on which workspace they are in, over the global setting currently in preferences.

Could you please add some more detail regarding how this would look in the UI. Would this be a HotKey or a Workspace Option for instance?
Perhaps you could mock up a screenshot showing where you think the "switch"should go.
