Select Markers like diamonds by select box to delete or move, and with keyframes (right now is impossible to move all keyframes with markers).

This is already possible. Press b inside the markers area to get the selection box. Don't know why left click isn't working, maybe look on the bugtracker for that.
Go to the dopesheet, enable sync markers, select all keyframes and all markers, then move the keyframes. Could be better documented but actually quite straight forward... See: blender.stackexchange.com/a/127452
