Sort NLA Tracks (alphabetically)

Quality of life improvement. NLA tracks currently have optiosn to 'to move up, move down, move to top, move to bottom'. You can move multiple tracks at once as well, but generally I find I'm only trying to do is alphabetize or basically organize in any way at all these actions so they're easier to find quickly.

For game dev animation work I can easily end up with over 100 NLA actions on a rig. Being able to just sort the entire stack alphabetically, or reverse alphabetically would be a life saver.

Whether it's a quick sort button at the top, or a nested option in the menus, I'd take any way to quickly organize the mountain of actions.
