Arc mode in extrude function (Similar to fusion 360)

Hello guys. I would like to propose a feature that would allow a user to use the extrude function to create an arc.

I wanted to create a mockeup but I think it would be much clearer if I show how it is implemented in fusion 360.

This will make creating a parametric base much faster. I believe the most important tools in blender right now that would be useful in workflows similar to cad modelling would be tools that aids in preparing the 2d blueprint/model of an object. This might be a good starting point. Knife tool can also benefit from these kind of features.

Thanks.

Since Blender doesn't currently have any parametric primitives and the closest we're going to get to parametric modeling is going to be modifier nodes, it's probably best to start with a mock-up rather than a video from another application.

* @Jason van Gumster * I see. I will be adding more details in the next edit.

* @Jason van Gumster * Will Blender get parametric primitives modeling (without modifier modes) like Fusion 360 and Moi in the future?

* @Blenderon * I have not followed blender's roadmap properly but I am 80% positive that they are aware of this matter and might be planning of a more efficient implementation of these kind of features.

If you have some additional ideas or features you want to be added in blender, I would encourage you to post one. It would help out spread the word of how needed it is for blender, not necessarily posting a duplicate but a related matter with new kind of opinions and ideas.
