Apply transform to multi-user: agreement check

When several objects share the same data, but have different transforms, it isn’t possible to apply all those transforms to the one data block. However, if, say, all the objects have the same transform, such as all being 1/4 of their original size, Apply Scale could be able to check for this and simply apply the one transform to all the objects.

In short, a “Multi-user agreement” option for the Apply Transform operator(s).
