Crease Aware Smooth Modifier

This one is pretty straight forward really, currently smooth modifier is completelly unaware of the marked creases and values of the models, unlike the subdiv and multires modifiers.

As an example, when working on organic models It is a common technique to do it by twicking the model with subdiv on but when you turn it of to look at the lower-poly version of the mesh the topology is just hideous.

A simple solution to have the same topology seen with subdiv on but less polycount would be to just slap in the smooth modifier but It also screws over the meshin It's own way since it always undoes everything it should keep constrained by the crease markings.

I trully believe this would be a very important step for the organic/character modeling workflow in blender. so artists wont have to keep fixing topo by hand every single second (And potentially damaging work done in the process).
