Pick context in Greasepencil

It would be great when using GP to have the very useful MyPaint tool that is now called "Pick stroke and layer" (but used to be "Pick context")

Basically you have a keyboard shortcut which gives you something like a colour picker. When clicking on any existing stroke, three things happen:

• The brush settings used for that stroke get set as the current brush settings (type, size)
• Its colour becomes the current colour (in blender it would be its material and vertex paint colour if used)
• The layer on which the stroke was made becomes the active layer

It would be a massive time saver, especially when working with many layers and/or vertex paint. Even if one needs to change one setting afterwards (like the colour or the layer), having the other two setup instantly is very practical.
