Hotkey to rotate Studio light Direction, also HDRI background

It will be very handy if blender implement a hotkey based slider to adjust the studio matcap direction to change the light direction on the fly without having to go to Viewport shading tab each time. Also another hotkey to adjust HDRI rotation as well. these are basic functions in other software like Zbrush, Substance painter etc.
