Please fix the tweak tool (or equivalent)
Overall, I love all the advancements in Blender, but sometimes I get frustrated that basic modelling tools still lacking so much. I think such basics should be fixed even before introducing geometry nodes.
Scenario: you have a Vertex selection, but you see a vertex that you want to tweak its position. For now, there's no way you can do it without losing your selection. XSI allowed you to just tweak that vertex while keeping your selection some 25 years ago.
Suggestion: instead of the Tweak tool behaving exactly like moving with G, it should affect only the active vertex. Maybe with proportional editing having an option to affect only the selected area around the active vertex only. if people want it to behave like G (current behavior), then they can just set the proportional editing in that tool bigger.
Also, if proportional editing options/activation are tool dependent, that would be also great.
