Where is TimeLine current state?

Want suggest option to center time line to current frame (editor/doper, etc.). Soo blue line is stable but cells with frames moving.

Also user in current solution can have problem to find where is blue vertical line as on right or left.. by this a blue marker should be partially (eg. "bumpers" of label) visible on right o left,
