Linked Copy of Scene: Visual sign
It seems there is no easy way to recognize whether a Scene is linked or not and I think it would be great to have some sort of visual clue like an icon for that.
Edit: since the state of a scene as "linked" is not a static attribute and can be subject to change, it would be better to have a quick way to tell if a collection is linked between scenes.

You should be more specific when describing what a 'linked scene' is, because this is a linked scene (from an external file):
Or, what I think you may actually be talking about is creating a 'Linked Copy' of a scene.
The latter is a bit hard to define such that a visual clue could be given, because the 'linked copy' state of a scene is not binary. At any point in which you change the collection hierarchy to not perfectly match the original scene, or add a single object to the Scene Collection (which is not linked between scenes), they are no longer fully linked.
What I think would be more useful is the ability to quickly tell which collections are linked between scenes.
