Better snapping / align to

Add options in the menu when snapping (Object > Snap / Shift +s).

Would be possible to align also in the rotation Would be possible to align in only one or two axis

Note: The snapping (during transform) tool/option dosen't seems to take the tangent in consideration (only the normal) wich makes snap to Rotation not perfect. The alignement in the Z axis is correct but the object/selection/item spin along this Z axis.
