Async Evaluation of Modifier stack checkbox

when this box is checked (per object setting in modifier area), the depsgraph will call the modifiers to be processed in a way that does not stop the render if they are not finished,

until the modifier is evaluated it won't be called to update again, instead the last cached version of the mesh is used.

use case - world streaming in real-time shots without a lag spike -

moving a empty will cause the world to update - but we can use the current world typically for the 2-15 frames it may take to generate a city or forrest terrain from perlin noise on a very large / complex geometry nodes stack.

Modifier stack calculation blocking rendering was one of the first things that struck me as "huh, this is weird" when I tried Blender for the first time

This would be great for performance optimizations and real-time usage!

Interesting idea. I wonder if instead of being an option on the modifier stack, maybe it could be it's own modifier? Same basic idea: It would output whatever is currently in its buffer, and whenever evaluation of the upstream modifiers was complete then that result would become the new content of the buffer. Maybe call it the "Async buffer" modifier?
