Repeat Last (Ctrl+R). The ability to exclude some operations from repeating
Add the ability to repeat as many last actions as you want.
And also remove undo and redo for this tool, it is easier to call them directly. Or add more possibilities to exclude certain actions in keymap.

+1 but I'd prefer to rename proposal to something Repeat Last Iterations Count or so... just Repeat Last it's like "whatever". Also, about repeat and undo/redo - Ability to repeat after undo+redo
