fix extrude manifold

reason why im suggesting this idea is because extrude manifold is basically useless for now and is vanilla extrude but with a different name. can you make extrude manifold unique by giving it the ability to extrude delete create faces like this

just like 3ds max smart extrude if you add this to extrude manifold it will become a powerful hard surface modeling tool and will speed up the modeling workflow when adding hard surface detail or components to your mesh . i would love to use this version of extrude manifold for hard surface modeling instead of having to spend on money on hard ops , grid modeler or fluent
