Add a feature to avoid overlap faces to Extrude and Inset (A clamp overlap option)

There is the clamp overlap option while doing bevel.

There is no clamp overlap option for Extrude, Inset. The need to "bruteforce" a good amount of those tools to not have issues later on while modeling, adding textures/paint on the overlapping faces kills the workflow.

An option that prevents from going too far with those tools, a clamp overlap is a must have for Extrude, Inset, to create poly-models without the fear of adding accidentally those overlapped face, just as we do right now with the clamp overlap for bevel.

There are other tools that might find this setting as well useful, Grab and Rotate for example.

It might be nice for extruding along normals, so extrude works more like the solidify modifier. But I don't think this is a big problem considering a clamp overlap function already exists in the solidify modifier. That being said, your feature would still be a minor improvement.

* @qwertquart * This suggestion completely obliterates the problem. This speed up a lot the high precision-required low poly modeling, by making the tasks automatically without the need to calculate anything, being a huge improvement for the workflow in general.
