Include/exclude modifiers in dimensions calculation

The Dimensions tab in the N sidebar can be misleading since it includes modifiers when calculating an object's size. Currently, the only way to see the true dimensions is by disabling the modifiers, which isn't ideal. Having an option to toggle this behavior would be a useful improvement.
