Meander for Blender/Grease Pencil? ( Nothing specific )
I was recently reminded of Meander which is somewhat of 2d pipeline on top of 3d, which reminded me Grease pencil.

The main page says they have made it into a library called Meander kit ( not publicly available unfortunately ) I thought it was worth looking into/mentioning.

Let's see if I can restart this conversation. I'm interested in making a 3D/2D hybrid short film with the best approximation of Meander that I can afford. I'm thinking maybe a blender add-on for now since there doesn't seem to be a lot of demand? Does anybody know how much that would likely cost?
