Variable Wireframe Overlay Opacity - and a Wording Tweak

A feature that I miss quite a bit from Softimage is the ability to adjust the opacity of the wireframe overlay on an object. This is very useful when you are concentrating on tweaking the shape of an object (usually organic) and don't want to be distracted by the wireframe.

I would also suggest changing the word "Wireframe" to "Wireframe Ratio" in the Overlays dialog as it's more descriptive of what it controls.
