AI assistant
There could be an AI that gives you suggestions on your models and renders (topology, color schemes, Design Ideas, object placement, etc.) based on other's people art (It could get the reference of artstation)

I think you give "AI" too much credit. It's hard for humans to give valuable critiques on these topics (based on my experience). I worry that, if successful, the filtering effect of the human-programmed AI would be homogenizing as more people take its suggestions and put their images out there to be accumulated by the AI thus confirming its biases.
Truly though, you lost me at scraping the personal work of artists from a website with no consideration of compensation (which is likely infeasible anyway which is probably why the other "AI" programs that do misappropriate copyrighted work just ignore the problem.)
