Enable Snapping on "Snap To" Change
Basically, remove an unnecessary click.
Case example: when Snapping is off, and we want to use it, allowing Snapping to be turned on, automatically, when changing the type of "snap To", would save us the extra click.
If we change the snap type (and Snapping is turned off), it's fair to assume the user's gonna use the Snapping Tool, so why not automatically turn it on, instead of us having to do the extra click and turn it on?; at least allow Blender to have an option in the Blender settings.
What does everyone else think?
I mean, yes, it's not a feature Blender MUST have but it's nice to remove the extra click.

It isn't fair to assume that.
Because you can toggle snapping while making transforms in real time by holding Ctrl , avoiding not only clicks but also the back-and-forth movement to the viewport header with the eventual focus-loss it can provoke.
Unless you want ALL your following transform operations to be snapped from the get go and for an extended amount of time, you don't really need to toggle it ON definitively.
i see what your saying, now that i know that holding ctrl enables it temporarily.
