It will be better if I can open a .blend file using the launcher and the launcher will ask me which blender to use to open this file.

Which blender will you launch today..
What's the point of using a program to launch a program? It'd take longer to open Blender. If you need quick access to all versions of Blender because you switch around a lot, then you could just put them in your dock or in a folder of programs in your dock.
* @BlenderSplendor * Hey, using launcher doesn't add any extra time to open blender. Launcher is just a way to better organize and manage your builds, assets etc. Just try the Launcher developed by DotBow which is available on Github. Once you try it, I hope you will understand the importance of launcher.
You know what, you should make a thread on blenderartists (or similar) and collect all the launcher proposals we've seen lately.
