Check Evaluation Node

In Geometry Nodes, it is possible for certain data not to be evaluated. In some scenarios, an operation only needs to happen if a certain data has been evaluated.

So I propose adding "Check Evaluation Node". It accepts a field and outputs a boolean. If the field has been evaluated, it outputs True; otherwise, it will output False.
