Keymap improvements: Better filtering and Restore

I noticed the Restore button appear when I'm filtering in every case, so it would be nice to also have a filtering option to only show it if the search I'm doing contains custom keybinds. Along the same lines maybe a filtering option that only shows the keys I've edited myself instead of going up and down the list looking for an arrow. This is obnoxious with dyslexia when an X looks like an arrow often with many fonts.

I also find that restore button is too easy to push and lose all of my customs. It may deserve an "Are you sure?" or at least the option to have it proc that dialog.
