Scroll to Active in the Outliner with collections support.

The Blender 5.2 outliner currently has a new feature called "Scroll to Active", but it lacks the ability to automatically expand collections. Different parts of the model can have their own collection, and expanding and collapsing them manually is a time-consuming process. This feature already exists in a paid add-on called 'Auto-Highlight in Outliner' and works perfectly.
