Make header modal status text placement a user preference

The new center-aligned header modal status text in 5.0 feels very out of place to me. I get why some would want it centered, but years of looking to the upper left when transforming is not going to be unlearned any time soon. I know the region overlap setting moves it back, but that ruins other parts of the interface for me; it's a major lose/lose at the moment.

Please give the placement a discrete option in the settings as so many things already are.
