Add rotation to camera view through the widgets
the camera view is something to improve as always, we dont have a "rotate view" widget and currently when using normally it takes us out of the camera view, we need to check "camera to view" in the view tab
Now I propose this design
changes to have a surrounding circle to indicate the view can be rotated here, and a toggle to let the camera view be controlled by the widget would help very much in 2D drawing modes and also a quick way to enable or disable them without going into the right tab
without these new changes 2D modes get crippled by being left out something as normal as rotating in 2D and would make easier to control rotation without needing to use trackball orbit to get the desired view rotation in the viewport

You can "Lock Camera to View", which will then allow you to use the widget.
But it is a bit hidden, I wonder if we could have it displayed next to the widget, once you are in Camera View, like in your mock-up. {attachment Annotation_2020-09-11_124727png}
