interface builder for blender

I've been thinking a little. Is it possible to create something like a constructor in palener to create a menu of property windows, etc.? So that there it would be possible not to write a bunch of python code with text, but to get ready-made panels or tools through the creation of forms, and from there the code that would need to be saved to the folder with the script and used? It is not very convenient to sit and understand how to write a bunch of python code correctly to create any panels or checkboxes and other parts of the interface, but it would be simple and easy to create simple things out of the box.

Not sure the BF would be interested in this, that sounds out of the scope of Blender. They seem already quite ticklish when it comes to making the text editor more than a "simple text editor".

But maybe as a side project.

There is a paid addon Pie Menu Editor 1.18.6. Something plausible can be done there. But there you cannot create a panel completely from 0 and add your own properties or checkboxes.

The idea is interesting to do it through nodes, but I can’t buy anything on the blendermarket right now. I hope when everything is restored I will buy this addon.

Check out the Serpens Addon. It's a node based programming tool that can exactly do waht you want but without having to write a single line of code ;) Here's the link: blendermarket.com/products/serpens
