Add flip option to right click menu for toolbar / sidebar
Right now flip operator is only available in right click menu for headers:
However if you bind it to hotkey it actually works on toolbar / sidebar too so you can flip them around:
This shouldn't be a hidden functionality, there are cases where having tools close to properties allows for more compact layouts.

I love this, i'm assuming the vast majority of people are right handed, it makes sense that your mouse is on the right and the tools are on the right. I want the tools i access most on the right side.
This is absolutely the first thing I wanted after opening blender. It seems like Blender has been design for left-handers, which is fine, but at least give normies an option :)
Yeap. If dont used 2.79> you would know about that feature of "screen.region_flip". And it is useful sometimes to flip those pannels.
Argument agains is that it would have to be properly designed and mainained: eg. this could be fixed (swaped order)

With transparent tab background and more noticeable active tab highlight color it's not that bad:
