Possibility to change tab order in Properties Editor

With the recently added tab visibility toggle and the Tool tab now hidden by default ( projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/140114 ), the Properties Editor is becoming increasingly neater and customizable — which I think is great. I believe it would be even better if we could also set a custom order for the tabs.
