Per-Camera Custom Settings in Blender

One idea that could bring more flexibility to Blender is allowing cameras to have independent settings, separate from the global scene configuration.

With this, each camera could have its own resolution, exposure, white balance, and even a distinct color profile. In other words, in addition to global color management and resolution settings, users would have the freedom to customize parameters for individual cameras, similar to how it works in V-Ray and Octane.

This approach would be especially useful in complex productions with multiple cameras aimed at different outputs (such as social media, animation, and stills), saving time and avoiding the need to duplicate scenes just to change render settings. Screenshot 2025-07-23 061120.png
