Automatically start editing new collection names
When you make a new collection in Outliner > View Layer, automatically focus the collection in the outliner and make its name editable.
Just a quality of life request since I find I'm always scrolling through large collections looking for the new one I just made

Also ability to create collections as children of a collection that does not already have children.
Should be an option really
