Create new functionalities (e.g., Owner/Target) for Envelope "influence" from Envelope Bones
Original title was…: "Create new functions (Owner/Target/etc.) for Envelope influence from Envelope Bones; e.g., Floor Bone Constraint would have the possibility of identifying the Owner Bone from its Envelope influence instead of the just of the Vector shape of the Bone."
Ideally, it would be nice that Bones have free-shapeable 'sphere of influence'; but meanwhile, Envelopes Bone, exclusively, have already this sort of stuff implemented, but the problem it just relates to Weight Paint influence.
¿Why not expanding the possibilities of using Envelope influences in creative ways for other things on Blendering? Like on this example of Floor Bone Constraint, where a certain shape or "Volume" (like a force field) of influence would be generated around the Envelope Bone to create plausible interactions. I imagine this would serve multiple purposes —maybe it could even be used for simulations like as Collision markers or anything alike; provide you could Target somehow and specifically the Envelope-feature of those Bones. Also, maybe other possibilities besides Targetting (just naming what I know in Blender).
One question I'm not sure about (because I have very limited experience with Envelope Bones) would be how o Enable/Disable the Envelope influence (could be handy to have this as extra Option), as I guess just by not using the Display As Envelope (on Viewport Display Panel for Object Data Properties Tab) wouldn't signify Disabling the Envelope influence from affecting stuff in Blender. So, for example, when you Target a Bone, you might be also able to have sub-Target, which would be the Envelope of that Bone (similar behavior as when you Target an Armature Object, then a new space appears or is already available for Targetting the Bone of that Object).
Thanks for reading; Cya.

Done. I guess it looks better now. Tx
