UI - Properties panel

Here my suggestion, sorry for borken english.
current:
problem: with the current layout, we must use the mouse or expand the panel to access menu which is not optimal.
become:
with this layout everything is accessible

But seriously: according to this dev task , it seems that vertical tabs are going to be the 2.8's layout.
